The BARRE CODE is a unique studio offering dynamic fitness classes that blend ballet-barre work, pilates, yoga, and orthopedic stretching to systematically lengthen and sculpt your muscles to create a beautiful, lean physique of a trained dancer. The ballet-barre is used to perform controlled movements safe for anyone to do and incorporates interval and muscle-fatigue training for a strong, healthy body and heart.
At the BARRE, there is a CODE. A code that dancers follow: TECHNIQUE! The proper technique is essential to safe and effective exercises. Our goal in each class is to provide hands-on correction with body-placement, alignment, and overall technique to lift you to the next level in a friendly environment with great music.

Take the BARRE CODE class for 60 minutes of sculpting the body's four major muscle groups (abs, arms, glutes, and thighs) with isometric movements safe for everyone at the barre and on the mat.
Take a BARRE CODE class for 45 minutes if you need a quick barre-fix or an advanced class that keeps you in a fat-burning zone longer.
Burn over 500 calroies in CARDIO CODE with ballet-curcuit training. "Raise the barre" in your workout!
Add a BARRE CORE and/or STRETCH CODE class to build a solid core and improve flexibility through the hips and lower back through fluid movements.
